Daire and Cale are excellent physiotherapists. If you are like me you like to know what’s going on with your body. These guys really know their stuff! Super knowledgeable, really take the time to explain so I understand what's going on. Never have I been so impressed by a health professional. These two are where it’s at! Friendly and easy to talk to. Never thought my elbow would get better. Life sure is easier when all your parts are working like they should.

Cale is fantastic. A sincere, kind and caring individual who does an excellent job of finding & resolving root issues resulting in better overall health and pain reduction. He was able to resolve my ankle issue when other physios and doctors were unable to determine what was happening.Shockwave therapy is also extremely effective.

No words are good enough to express how happy and grateful I am to the whole staff at this physio office. Previously, I had several health professionals over several years try to solve my arm joint pain, with very insignificant return on investment. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Dáire is so happy to work with you to get you feeling better. He took the time each session to ensure lasting results. After years of foot pain, in only a handful of sessions the fasciitis was gone and stayed gone for many months. 10/10! I highly recommend.

Dr. Cale is the best physiotherapist I have ever been to. He has addressed so many long term injuries and issues I've dealt with from various sports. He listens and gives you the treatments you need to get back to a pain-free life. I've seen so many RMT's, chiropractors and acupuncturists with some success but the IMS and shockwave sessions with Dr.Cale have really helped me out. I highly recommend coming here!

I was feeling extremely discouraged with the prognosis my podiatrist gave me, so I reached out to physiotherapist Cale for assistance. I have seen him three times now and noticed that he doesn't make me feel rushed and takes the time to listen to all my concerns, which I really appreciate. Shockwave therapy - definitely a working technology! It helped get me back on track sooner. Cale is a pro and good at finding those painful trigger points. He is always happy to give me the extra strong shockwave treatments I like. By the way, the price for the session seems to be the best in town as well.

Cale is the real deal and knows his craft so very well. He puts in the time and effort to put his patients on the road to recovery. We just have to do our part on the journey.

Cale is an amazing physiotherapist. I have suffered through heel spur and plantar fasciitis issues for many years. Just couple shockwave treatments gave me hope that I will be able to walk pain-free. I recommend that people suffering with same issue don't delay in making appointment .

Great staff! Physiotherapist Dáire is awesome. He always took extra steps to help me with my neck problem. Chiropractor Brain is so knowledgeable. And the front desk personnel are really kind - Allison has an awesome personality. You get treated with a full-scale approach at this clinic.

Team Regenerate was amazing throughout my mom’s entire treatment. Dáire was super thorough and kind. In each session, he was incredibly helpful with all the questions we came up with every week.
