You will be greeted by our friendly front staff and will complete a personal history questionnaire. When you book your first appointment, you will have the option to fill out our paperless confidential questionnaire.
After the medical history form is complete and consent form signed, our clinical assistant will bring you into the treatment area. The physiotherapist will meet with you to discuss the problems and concerns you are having. The Physio will assess your condition and diagnose the problem.
A treatment plan will be created and discussed to meet the individual needs of each patient.
Just bring yourself and some comfortable and loose fitting clothing. If you forget clothing, no problem! We have plenty of clean supplies for you to borrow.

Yes and parking is free located right in front of the building. We are located on ground level, wheel chair accessible and no elevators to worry about.

Parking at our facility is completely free and easy. There are many free and available spots to the front and back of our clinic. Once you park, you can enter the clinic from ground level as there is no elevators or stairs to enter the clinic
Just bring yourself! It also also good to bring any insurance information, doctors prescriptions and body imaging documents such as X-rays, MRI, Ultrasound.
Some patients find it helpful to bring shorts and work out clothing. However, we have ample supplies of clean clothes to help you out!
You can arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paper work. Our friendly customer care specialists will greet you and take care of you from there.
Once the paperwork is complete, you will meet the physio for your assessment. Your physio will discuss your problem or condition, assess, diagnose and set up appropriate treatment.
