WHAT DO I NEED TO START MY TELE-HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY
The therapist may then get you to do a series of movements from walking (gait) to some weight bearing activities or just simple range of motion. So wear something comfortable that you can move around in and have the space to do so. Your therapist will then give you his treatment plan this will include
-Video exercise monitor
-Video exercise prescription and progression
-Video explanation of self mobilization
-Education for timely recovery.
